Product Authenticity

All Rolex timepieces sold by Chasing Time Watches are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Each watch comes with proper documentation and certification. We stand behind the authenticity of every timepiece we sell and offer a comprehensive authenticity guarantee. Any watch found to be inauthentic will be eligible for a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept the following payment methods:

• Wire transfers for high-value purchases

Payment must be received in full before shipment. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using fully insured, signature-required delivery services. Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 2-7 business days for domestic orders and 5-14 business days for international orders. All shipments are tracked and insured for the full value of the timepiece. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Exchanges

• Watch must be in unworn, original condition with all packaging and documentation
• Return shipping must be fully insured for the purchase price

Warranty

All timepieces come with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Pre-owned watches come with our own 1-year mechanical warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, water damage, and damage from misuse are not covered. Warranty service must be performed by authorized service centers.
